The Brewery

Our brewery sits in the village of Chadlington in West Oxfordshire, custom-built to use the latest equipment and minimise our environmental impact. The farm’s power and heating come from solar and biomass, and the brewery benefits from this on-site renewable energy to cut its carbon footprint.

Our water is drawn from a nearby natural spring, so every Chadlington beer is brewed with pure, filtered Oxfordshire spring water. The rest of our ingredients are completely natural too — including the finest English hops and barley malt.

We recycle the spent grains from the brew process — local farmers across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties use them for animal feed.

We run small-group brewery tours from the site — a chance to meet our brewer Ant, see the kit up close, taste several beers fresh from the tank, and finish at the Tite Inn in the village for a pint.

Tours last 45 minutes to an hour and run on Wednesday evenings at 6pm and Saturday afternoons at 2pm. Small groups, advance booking only.
